By registering for the event, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not register for the event.

 

• Payment & cancellations

The full fee is being paid at the time of registration. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 14 days after the registration.

 

• Liability

The camp organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during camp. Retreat participants and their parents/guardians agree to release the camp organizers from any liability for injuries or accidents that occur during camp.

 

• Indemnification

Event participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the camp organizers, their agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, expenses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the participant's participation in the camp.

 

• Waiver of Claims

Retreat participants agree to waive any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, expenses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the participant's participation in the events.

 

• Changes to the event

The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, activities, or location at any time.

 

• Age Requirements

The events are open to participants who are at least 18 years old.

 

• Medical Conditions

Participants with any medical conditions must provide a doctor's note at the time of registration.

 

• Behavior

Participants are expected to behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times. Participants who violate the event rules and regulations may be asked to leave.
